Not sure what your scope is...
Would it help with combat tracking too? If so, initiative order, monster HP, damage, etc. are musts. Maybe that is a bit outside your scope though.....
Malazan Empire
I feel the need to recommend Steven Erikson's Malazan Book of the Fallen series. It isn't as strongly D&D as many of the titles mentioned by others in this thread, but it has enough elements to be familiar. I've read most of the books listed above and I think its the best of the...
IN!
The Kobolds make awesome stuff! I jumped in for the lairs; I can really use them to fill in some of the blanks in my campaign (Tyranny of Dragons). Hard to pass up on all those monsters, so I added that in too. They already cleared 4 stretch goals (closing in on another) and a backer...

I'm guessing that pdf's will be available one month after official release dates (I think this is how Pelgrane Press does it). They will be available for one time purchase as well as included in some sort of monthly subscription with...
Just want to jump in and let you know that we're already talking Hoard of the Dragon Queen. The kids don't realize that they aren't even 1/2 through the starter adventure yet so they've been asking about what's next. I told them that Hoard of the Dragon Queen will be showing up some time...
I just wanted to let everyone know that I ran the Lost Mines of Phandelver with the kids over the weekend and they are hooked. They cleared out the Cragmaw hideout and can't wait to continue. Thanks to everyone that contributed some tips.
Curious if anyone is using software tools to manage combat in 5e. It looks like the 4e turn tracker would be pretty usable, but haven't tried it personally. Looking for a recommendation since Morningstar isn't available yet. DM Minion also has a 5e tool in beta, but I don't know much about...
