Streaming Services: First 2023 POWER RANKINGS (And what's up with Prime?)

Could hardly go outside this weekend due to all the smoke from wild fires in the province. Finished Severance - wow, wow, wow. In this era of repeats, sequels, reruns, reboots blah blah blah it's marvelous to see something original, tight, clever, and simply so well done. I heard they were...

Streaming Services: First 2023 POWER RANKINGS (And what's up with Prime?)

Getting into Apple - Ted Lasso (of course, although season 3 wandering a bit but still fun), Shrinking (Harrison Ford?! How the heck did they get him? Stoned eating doritos :ROFLMAO: ), Silo is terrific so far, and had weird dreams last night after watching episode 1 of Severance. That show is...

What are you reading in 2023?

In The Shadow of Lightning, Brian McClellan - finished in a few days, well done story and compelling characters, with a twist towards the end. Enjoyed his Powder Mage series quite a bit as well. Now, moving on to Queen of Bedlam, Robert McCammon ... got a whole Mc thing going on here

John Wick 4 (spoilers in tags)

Great OP and follow up.. agree with many of the points. By the time they made it to stairwell set piece near the finale I was tired of it and my eyes were near rolling out of my head. Still, fun action packed movie for sure. I kept waiting for Caine to say . . . I am in the force... :ROFLMAO:

It's been years, read Debt of Honor by Tom Clancy in a week. 3/4 of the way through Executive Orders, having a blast. Before the 'Sanderlanche' there was the Clancy . . . err, Clancy Epic-osityfinales :sneaky:?! My interest kind of petered out back in the day after The Bear and the Dragon. I...

    Shadowdark looks so good!

Meanwhile, the finest minds in the land pool their intellect, resources, and creativity to come up with iTorch 2.0 that lasts 75 minutes! Adventurers lining up to get them! Then a new one comes out 6 months later that lasts 90 minutes, and is water resistant :ROFLMAO:!

    Shadowdark looks so good!

Backed - only my 3rd ever as I'm real picky! Was looking for happy medium between DCC & OSE, seems to tick quite a few boxes for me. $644k :) !

    OSR Incandescent Grottoes: Play Report

Did a one shot of this a few weeks back with a drop in group , enjoyed it. 💯 agree on layout of adventure, organization of map so much great stuff in the dungeon to interact with - crystals, levers, switches, mushrooms, gases, etc. Lots for players to interact with. OSE rules wise - even...
