I'm thinking of creating a character with a nervous tick...He doesn't like battle and prefers to be at a distance from the enemy. I am thinking that due to his nervousness, if he ever gets hit by anyone up close, he "sprays" similar to what a skunk would, a toxin from his skin that would cause...

That depends on how you play your character. I had 2 virulent hand axes, and enough feats where on a successful full round attack I hit with 4 poisons and if they failed one DC they fell unconscious. Try going with a poison build using Bounty Hunter as the class comma and switching to Guild poisoner after level 5. It worked wonders for me. Use the two weapon fighting Feats use weapon finesse and weapon Focus hand axe slashing Grace as a feet allows you to use your Dex as attack pump...

What level are you starting? I suppose that would help decide

I am designing a character comma and I would like to make it a vishkanya guild poisoner. I would like to use the vishkanya is blood as a sleeper agent and use certain feats where I can do the unarmed strike but I would need to be able to poison claws to do so. What are your thoughts on this?

I would do the strength check for them holding on during the storm, and the climb check after the storm for them to get off the rope.

It really depends on what level of difficulty you would like it to be...if you take into consideration, class skill(+3) and level of ranks...assuming the players put max rank into those skills...a level 5 character with no outside bonuses would have +8 to their roll factor in their ability...
