Apparently, you're missing the "Attack Finesse" class feature granted at level one that lets the scout use Dex for melee basic attacks. (Heroes of the Forgotten Kingdom, page 181).

I'd guess that your player is confused by the Double Move rules (PHB 284). That's the only place I can think of where you can add two Move Actions to get something else (or any other adding of two actions to get something else). But regardless of where the error comes from, it's an error...

You can still find Regdar around, usually dying, dead or being resurrected from the dead. He's a statue in the Medusa picture, and he's being raised from the dead in the PHB ritual chapter.

Get the at-will that immobilizes. Then get World Serpent's Grasp (and/or get melee allies to take it). Now you have an at-will that knocks prone. Add Vicious Advantage to the mix as well (also good for your allies to take).

You could add "and the wolf gains 5 temporary hit points" to the hit line of any appropriate attack power, which would sort of be like healing but not exactly the same (no going from 1 hp to full). And of course that wouldn't work if they've been hit by silver. Possibly they only gain temp HP...

You guys are all getting line of sight confused with line of effect. Line of Sight determines if you can see a target square, but you need line of effect to actually target your power somewhere. Think about a ranger firing a bow into a stinking cloud: the cloud blocks sight, but not effect...
