The VOIDRUNNER'S CODEX is coming! Explore new worlds, fight oppressive empires, fend off fearsome aliens, and wield deadly psionics with this comprehensive boxed set expansion for 5E and A5E!
Custom feats are covered in the Xanathar Release version, custom classes however are not to my knowledge. While that's only half of what you're looking for, I'm afraid you might have a difficult time finding something closer with the forgedanvil sheet.
Are you looking at the lore bard spell selection on the left side of the spellcraft tab ('Bard Magical Secrets')? It wont appear under lvl 3 spells until it's one of the two spells you've selected there.
I can't speak for B4, but from what I see it should work without a problem once you select...
By all means go for it? I'm not advertising the other version, nor am I telling people how to get it (with the exception of My Account over PM).

Don't forget Monks Way of the Sun Soul archetype from the SCAG, which literally gives ki blasts as your basic attacks at lvl 3 and has a freakin' spiritbomb at lvl 11 xD
Blue Dragon hands down, yes it's lawful evil but the lawful part works into your advantage. It ensures the mercenaries will honor their deals, helping who pays without having to worry about them turning on the party that hired them. Add to that, Blue Dragons covet valuable and talented creatures...
