Minimal damage, 2D6 plus Wisdom, or half on a miss, don't use your Symbol. You could put it on your tank. But more fun on yourself, being able to constantly Blind all enemy within 2 who ends turn there. And great for a Pursuit Avenger, they either go Blind or move away and you get your extra damage.

Yes it is, as target is "Creature" so you just put in on yourself, has same power set up structure as paladins Lay on Hands.

L15 Daily Power "Temple of Brilliance" has melee target of "One Creature". This means you can put it on yourself, or a party member, correct ? I see no reason why not, it has exact same power set up as Paladins "Lay on Hands"

Yep but I am pretty sure this doesn't apply to Goliaths. Goliaths are not weak puny Orks like Orkus the fatty, only one penalty can stack on a Goliath.

Its also complicated further by one of those Deaths being from the "Bloodcrystal Raven Skull" which stops PC from dyeing. But imposes -1 penalty to rolls until 1 milestone is met. This is Epic battles obviously where you can die and be brought back multiple times in a battle through Cleric...

Do Death penalties stack for dyeing multiple times. We have had one occasion in the past where some one died a second time before completing their 3 milestones. So DM applied a -2 to all rolls, being affected twice by this death penalty. And now we just had a very bad battle, where someone...
