There are a lot of great Living Forgotten Realms adventures. Just cut out a lot of the filler combats. For skill challenges, just run it as a single group skill check except that each character can choose a relevant skill to roll for the check.

Something to watch out for: the supplement class feature options may not be listed. For example, Hybrid Invoker won't let you choose Malevolence as your covenant.

I did indeed. Strong-Arm Enforcer's +STR to Intimidate for the entire encounter was enough to lure me away.
