For the joy of the flavor, I always enjoy a few levels of Thief Acrobat. This helps with the Tumble (negate penalty to tumbling at full speed). It is not the powerbuilder thing to do. But offers a bit more utility. Even if just for a two level dip.

I never named my characters this. But in our games we tend to lovingly refer to the NPC's as Redshirts, and one in particular I aptly named Charles Annon Fodder. Or C.Annon Fodder.

I have found that when I play a rogue if I even put points into disable device depends on the DM. I have played in games where if our party did not search and disable at every doorway and item to be moved we would pay for it. I have played in groups that they come up infrequently three times...

Looks like someone else would like to take the Baboon. Then I would go with the Bear then. And perhaps not monk. But I am not sure. I will consider...if the game is going. Edit: Looking over everything I think an Eagle Scout would be the best for me. So consider my final proposal an Eagle...

This sounds like a fun game. I am thinking that a Black Bear or Baboon Monk would be a fun one to play in this adventure. A baboon monk similar to Rafiki would be a hoot. If this game is running I would be all in.

Many of the supplement books such as Star and Shadow and Honor and Shadow delve deeper into a region giving you the history of the people, of the war against the shadow, the fall into the shadow, all the major power players, running undercurrents that the players can use to their advantage, ect...

I agree, I consider the difference between 4e & 3e much like I consider the differences between 3e & mutants and masterminds. They are different games that allow you to do different things. If I want to play a high fantasy adventure using M&M I certainly could, and just like 3e & M&M, 4e...

Taellis shoves everything but the daggers into his pack and races to help the others. The people scattering to the wind were probably for the best, they would stand a better chance of escape that way, but lower chance of overall survival unless they found friendly encampments or villages there...

Taellis will continue to attack the orc but will make a dive for his knives if they become visible. If the orc becomes otherwise occupied he will attempt to gather all of his equipment.
