This is really going to screw me over next session if this works... If a Forsaker is charmed, and is told to willingly accept a spell, he will lose his powers for a year and a day, correct? Or since it is because of the affects of a spell that he wouldn't lose his abilities? Thx

Ok, i may sound like an idiot for asking this, but i think im wrong. I made a new fighter, but he has 6 inteligence, so -3. a fighter gets 2 skills a lvl +int modifier, and im human. so. 3-3 = 0. do i have 0 skill points or did i read the PHB wrong..
