    D&D 5E One-Stop Stat Blocks for D&D 5th Edition

This is why, going forward, I'm not making changes. I don't know the NPC creation system well enough to make those calls. Still, I bet you need that heavy-hitter Pit Fiend to challenge high-level characters.

    D&D 5E One-Stop Stat Blocks for D&D 5th Edition

The more work I do, the easier it is to do future work. I was surprised how much work I had to do for Tales, but there were so few stat blocks, it was a weekend's work. That's all. Creating the pure version was simple, though I wouldn't be surprised if I made a copy-and-paste error. :-)

Thanks for the kind words. It's perfectly reasonable that people will want to run them as written, especially in light of AL rules that require it.

    D&D 5E One-Stop Stat Blocks for D&D 5th Edition

New Docs I've made a few more documents and have one more planned. A complete list can be found at the bottom of this page: https://gsllc.wordpress.com/2017/03/27/5e-dnd-one-stop-stat-blocks-for-tales-from-the-yawning-portal-rpg-bandofmisfits-stitched/. Cutting to the chase, I've created docs...

    Duh! (Thanks.)

    D&D 5E MPMB's D&D 5e Character Tools

Instead of a bonus value, my ability score saving throws for Str and Dex say "fail." Any idea as to why?

    D&D 5E One-Stop Stat Blocks for D&D 5th Edition

I incorporated the official Monster Manual errata (http://media.wizards.com/2015/downloads/dnd/MM_Errata.pdf) into the stat blocks and, as promised, corrected the Elite Drow Warrior's shortsword attack to include poison damage.

Thanks. I'll take care of it.

    D&D 5E One-Stop Stat Blocks for D&D 5th Edition

Thanks. Someone pointed out an error in the Nycoloth stat block. I'll fix that tomorrow or Sunday.

Fixed but not uploaded. It will appear when I upload the spellcasting vampire, which I haven't done yet.

The encounter design rules don't work. That's annoying. However, I remain a fan of the system.

Yes. As with the hag, I didn't read the ecology section. In other words, my bad. Maybe tomorrow night.

Okay, so I made the changes. I have covens and a date and time stamp.

    D&D 5E One-Stop Stat Blocks for D&D 5th Edition

Oh, damn. <-- let's see if that's replaced with smiley faces. I knew about covens but didn't notice that when I made the hags. I'll add it as a side bar next to the Green Hag stat block. I don't own Princes of the Apocalypse and don't plan to buy it, so I won't be able to convert those.

    D&D 5E One-Stop Stat Blocks for D&D 5th Edition

The Sea Hag is outside the scope of the project. It's a one-stop stat block as written. That is, if you're running the Sea Hag, you don't have to thumb through any other book to find the hidden parts of that stat block. As I've noted above (which you may not have read), my intention here is...

    D&D 5E One-Stop Stat Blocks for D&D 5th Edition

Fair enough, but the version number will be a date-and-time stamp. :) I'll add it the next time I modify the document.

    D&D 5E One-Stop Stat Blocks for D&D 5th Edition

Yeah, it was a great idea, and as you can see above, it wasn't mine. As for the damage expressions, it all depends on how many min/maxers you have at your table. :) I see many at mine, so it makes sense to kick it up a notch.

    D&D 5E One-Stop Stat Blocks for D&D 5th Edition

Not a dumb question. Unfortunately, unless I completely reproduce the MM (something I'm not willing to do for the reasons stated above), you're likely always going to have the MM in front of you (unless you're running a published adventure with the stat block in there). In the worst case...

    D&D 5E One-Stop Stat Blocks for D&D 5th Edition

I corrected the stat block but added the Hill Giant to errata. The Rock power has a rider that knocks targets prone. Without it, Hill Giants are ridiculously boring IMHO. :) Thanks again for the catch. I imagine there are at least a couple of spells that reference a different monster (e.g., a...
