D&D 3E/3.5 [3.5e] Favorite or Best Rogue PrC

For the joy of the flavor, I always enjoy a few levels of Thief Acrobat. This helps with the Tumble (negate penalty to tumbling at full speed). It is not the powerbuilder thing to do. But offers a bit more utility. Even if just for a two level dip.

Joke Names you've never used...but want to.

I never named my characters this. But in our games we tend to lovingly refer to the NPC's as Redshirts, and one in particular I aptly named Charles Annon Fodder. Or C.Annon Fodder.

    Trapfinding is an Anti-Ability

I have found that when I play a rogue if I even put points into disable device depends on the DM. I have played in games where if our party did not search and disable at every doorway and item to be moved we would pay for it. I have played in groups that they come up infrequently three times...

[3.5, FR][Animal PCs][Recruiting] Animalia Unbound: Defenders of Cormanthor Wood

Looks like someone else would like to take the Baboon. Then I would go with the Bear then. And perhaps not monk. But I am not sure. I will consider...if the game is going. Edit: Looking over everything I think an Eagle Scout would be the best for me. So consider my final proposal an Eagle...

[3.5, FR][Animal PCs][Recruiting] Animalia Unbound: Defenders of Cormanthor Wood

This sounds like a fun game. I am thinking that a Black Bear or Baboon Monk would be a fun one to play in this adventure. A baboon monk similar to Rafiki would be a hoot. If this game is running I would be all in.

    [M&M2E] Freedom League Unlimited (OOC)

Well you should have told me! I don't frequent ENW as often as I would like and only caught it today. I noticed that you closed recruitment after I posted. Oh well. Keep him as an alternate...and/or cameo appearance character.

Ooh, Ooh H4H can I bring Mr. E over into this game??? Mr. E I would love to bring a pulp throwback into the Freedom League Unlimited! Mr. E as he has been come to be known has a long history. He was walking the earth before man learned to cultivate the earth. He was here when the preservers...

    Midnight 2nd Edition

Many of the supplement books such as Star and Shadow and Honor and Shadow delve deeper into a region giving you the history of the people, of the war against the shadow, the fall into the shadow, all the major power players, running undercurrents that the players can use to their advantage, ect...

    D&D 3E/3.5 3e -> 4e: Have we lost options?

I agree, I consider the difference between 4e & 3e much like I consider the differences between 3e & mutants and masterminds. They are different games that allow you to do different things. If I want to play a high fantasy adventure using M&M I certainly could, and just like 3e & M&M, 4e...

Night's Plutonian Shore - Chapter 1: Rats in a Cage [Midnight]

Taellis shoves everything but the daggers into his pack and races to help the others. The people scattering to the wind were probably for the best, they would stand a better chance of escape that way, but lower chance of overall survival unless they found friendly encampments or villages there...

Night's Plutonian Shore - Chapter 1: Rats in a Cage [Midnight]

Taellis will continue to attack the orc but will make a dive for his knives if they become visible. If the orc becomes otherwise occupied he will attempt to gather all of his equipment.

Night's Plutonian Shore - Chapter 1: Rats in a Cage [Midnight]

Taellis strains against the wagon hoping to force a weakness caused by the wagon to find his freedom. This round Taellis will try to break the wagon to gain freedom, if this happens before his action he will grab anything that could be used as a club and attack the Orc that is attacking Craig...

Night's Plutonian Shore - Chapter 1: Rats in a Cage [Midnight]

Taellis drifted back to his usual position all the while keeping his eyes on the Orcs and Goblins ready to make some sort of distraction, nothing big, perhaps just throw out a few more insults. Enough to catch thier attention but hopefully not enough to gather thier rage. That or bring to...

Night's Plutonian Shore - Chapter 1: Rats in a Cage [Midnight]

Taellis continues to struggle against the bars with the Orc recognizing that he was thier best bet, or at least his best bet to getting out of here. He found a strange feeling within himself, one that he thought that he would never feel. He did not in fact feel like killing this particular Orc.

Night's Plutonian Shore - Chapter 1: Rats in a Cage [Midnight]

Taellis ghosted up to the Orc and with a nod of respect reaches in to grab at the bars and offer what assitance he could to the bending or breaking of the cage. "Let us work together and we may stand a better chance." He said in what he assumed was terrible Orcish. Buy he immediatly afterward...

Night's Plutonian Shore - Chapter 1: Rats in a Cage [Midnight]

Taellis has been brooding for a week or so. He was much more chatty in the beginning, but that was more calling out to the goblins about thier mothers mating habits. But after more than a few beatings and neither death nor escape finding him he has settled into brooding. He considered a...
