    Berbalang ponderings

    How can a Berbalang summon a third and fourth duplicate, if Summon Duplicate only works while not bloodied? Even with a leader around to heal them (unlikely since they're Solo), they still only have 1 healing surge, so the fourth duplicate is impossible to summon?

    Seems to me like there's a dissonance between the fluff in the wizard's character builds and the actual powers.
