I love the idea of this book, and dig the art style, but my campaigns are in Greyhawk. Do they suggest where to locate the adventure in Greyhawk, or is that even possible?

I LOVE Thule. It's my fave setting, followed by Greyhawk then FR. But are they still supporting Thule? Haven't seen anything come out in a long while.

Yeah I love the Primeval Thule campaign setting, but it seems like they no longer support it. Have they published anything recently? We use the standard 5e character sheets and just add the additional info wherever.

So this may be a silly question, but does the novel Seal of Karga Kul take place in the Nentir Vale, or same world? If so, they have added a few tidbits, including a new city Avankil and some desert areas, all part of what's called the Dragondown coast. Or is this part of some other setting?
