For me, the night sky despite being beautiful is cold, lonely and remote. I like your idea of the crone hair. Perhaps any powers/bonuses granted result in a cold detachment to other players and NPCs. Maybe not in terms of Charisma as such characters could still be charismatic but maybe empathy...
