I just can't find a clear answer does the weapon damage from basic attack and powers go up with the ½ lvls ? Ex. lvl 1 warrior , longsword, str 12 +4 to attack, +1 to dmg lvl 2 warrior +5 to attack, +2 to dmg ? or still +1 ?
