If you're dying and you get temp hit points, do you stabilize/get back up? Example: The fighter is hit and she goes down to -5 hp. On the cleric's turn, he uses Sacred Flame to give the fighter 8 temp hp. Does this count as receiving healing? Is the fighter up and fighting, or down and out?
