Mike Mearls said Greyhawk would be the most difficult to release for 5E to be distinct enough comparing to FR. He said Greyhawk would be at the end of the series of settings.

The Blood War fluff is much more boring than anything in Volo's Guide to Monsters. In fact, just Elves and Halflings and Gnomes sections match the quality of Volo. I like Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes, but VGtM was superb and much more interesting and readable than MToF.
