CITY OF BRASS Launches, Bringing You Web-Based Campaign Management

I was a kickstarter backer for Realmsworks, and, not to derail the thread, I know that I still have full access to my data without a web connection on my primary system (mainly because I have very bad service at my house). Doesn't help any of my other systems or players though when I can't sync...

CITY OF BRASS Launches, Bringing You Web-Based Campaign Management

Thank you LucasC, I will definitely take a closer look at it, and for $24 a year I am sure I will dive right in.

CITY OF BRASS Launches, Bringing You Web-Based Campaign Management

My question is, if I am running multiple campaigns, using different systems and settings (currently running Pathfinder, Shadowrun, a one-shot Covert Ops and beginning to write up a space opera setting), will I be required to have separate accounts for each setting, or do I have the ability to...

    Shadowrun 5th Houngan Build Advice

You definitely want to pick up Street Grimoire. There is an actual Vodoun Tradition (Charisma based) and goes into detail about being a Possession School, where the summoned spirits, or Loa, can possess you or others/objects. I haven't played with it personally, but it looks interesting. the...

    Do anything cool recently?

In Pathfinder, I created an ancient king's cairn and sent the player's on a quest to retrieve a dragonbane spear held by the king's spirit. The party, 6 adventurers, of which the only tank/clerical support is a single paladin (everyone else is a support class), made their way to the cairn and...

Pathfinder 1E What books/devices do you take to GM your Pathfinder sessions?

I have all of the rule books on pdf loaded on my tablet and use my laptop for Herolab/tactical console. Add in two ammo boxes of miniatures and a presentation sized pad of graph paper and that's it. Makes for a light load to carry to the games which are held at a central location for the party.

Where would you put a D&D museum?

With all the arguments for Indianapolis, I would have to ask, what if the convention moves? I mean, that is what happened to Lake Geneva and Minneapolis. If GenCon were to move locations again, then all of the arguments for "that's where the gamers are" become a moot point. I say put it...

    Software Suggestions

I've suggested this before in other threads... I think The Brain may be what you are looking for. You can easily create trees going as far down as you like, and even create links between different branches. It is a free download for the eval version and remains functional even after the trial...

Pathfinder 1E Houston Pathfinder Channel Started on YouTube

Nice, last time I went to Little Wars it was miniature gaming only. Have they expanded their product there?

    Pathfinder 1E Duelists and CMD

Since the ability specifically says " a duelist adds 1 point of Intelligence bonus (if any) per duelist class level to her Dexterity bonus" (bold face mine), and the CMD is computed adding in the Dex bonus, then yes, it would add to the CMD. The Intelligence bonus is adding to the Dex Modifier...

Organizing Your Ideas, Rules, and Fluff Snippets

Mind Node looks pretty good but it is a Mac only product. No bueno for a PC person like myself. I use Personal Brain for my organizational needs. There is a free version that works just fine, with the primary difference between it and the paid version involving the use of attachments (in the...

    Printing PDFs

I have permission to print out a personal copy of a pdf from the company I work for using their high end Xerox (not color, unfortunately). From there I purchased a comb binding machine and just bind the books myself. Works well, looks good, and really does wonders when I print out small booklets...
