No offense Nifft, this is good stuff. But isn't Lolth considered by D&D cannon/d20 to be a goddess now? I mean I'm sure it could be different else-where, but in Greyhawk and in the Realms, she's a goddess. Just pointing that out. Otherwise, nice class.
Canon schmanon, Lolth's a freakin demon in my land. ;)

We can all agree that Orcus is a Demon-Prince, right? ;)

Thrall of Orcus

Role: Necromancy Specialist

Prerequisites:
Alignment: Any Evil
Skill Ranks: Knowlege (Arcana, Religion) 8+ ranks
Feats: Demonic Thrall, Spell Focus (Necromancy), Evil Brand, Lichloved
Spellcasting: Must be able to cast Animate Dead as a Cleric, Wizard or Sorcerer

Benefits:
HD: d8
BAB: 3/4 (as Cleric)
Good Saves: Fort, Will
Skill Points: 4 + Int bonus
Class Skills: Concentration (Con), Craft (Int), Hide (Dex), Intimidate (Cha), Knowlege (any) (Int), Move Silently (Dex), and Spellcraft (Int).

Code:
[u]Level BAB	Fort	Ref	Will	Spellcasting	Special Abilities[/u]
1	+0	+2	+0	+2	-- Minor Favor of Undeath
2	+1	+3	+0	+3	+1 Level	Deformity (Small Horns)
3	+2	+3	+1	+3	+1 Level	[i]Detect Undead[/i]
4	+3	+4	+1	+4	+1 Level	[i]Death Knell[/i]
5	+3	+4	+1	+4	+1 Level	Deformity (Big Horns)
6	+4	+5	+2	+5	-- Major Favors of Undeath
7	+5	+5	+2	+5	+1 Level	Deformity (body)
8	+6	+6	+2	+6	+1 Level	[i]Deathwatch[/i]
9	+6	+6	+3	+6	+1 Level	Deformity (Wings)
10 +7	+7	+3	+7	+1 Level	Undeathmaster

Special Abilities:
  • Minor Favor of Undeath: What this means depends on your previous spellcasting class. Your Thrall levels either stack with your Cleric levels for the purpose of rebuking undead, or with your Sor/Wiz levels for the purpose of increasing your familiar's abilities.
  • Deformity (Small Horns) (Ex): You gain small horns. They irrevocably mark you as a thrall of evil, and prevent wearing normal helms.
  • Detect Undead (Sp): At will, caster level = Thrall level.
  • Death Knell (Special): The Thrall gains access to Death's Knell.
    - Cleric: You may spontaneously convert prepared 2nd level spells into Death Knell.
    - Sorcerer: You gain Death's Knell as a bonus 2nd level spell known. You cannot trade out this bonus spell.
    - Wizard: You gain Death Knell as a 2nd level Wizard spell (it mysteriously appears in your spell book).
  • Deformity (Big Horns) (Ex): You gain big horns. These are either those of a ram (which grant you a +1 bonus to AC) or those of a goat (which grant you a secondary natural attack dealing 1d8+str damage). You may not wear any helm.
  • Major Favors of Undeath: The cost of material components for the spells Animate Dead, Create Undead and Create Greater Undead are reduced by 50%. The Thrall gains an additional bonus depends on your previous spellcasting class:
    - Sor/Wiz: Undead Familiar: Your familiar is replaced with a minor undedad servitor, either a shadow or a ghoul, at your option. If you have the Improved Familiar feat, you gain access to greater undead at your DM's option.
    - Cleric: Greater Bolster Undead: By expending a Rebuke Undead attempt, you may grant all undead within 30 ft. of you a +2 Morale bonus to attack & damage, and +2 hp/HD, for 1 min/Thrall level.
  • Deformity (body): The Thrall becomes either rotund like his abyssal master, or gaunt like an undead critter, by gaining either Deformity(Obese) or Deformity(Gaunt) as a free bonus feat.
  • Deathwatch (Sp): At will, caster level = Thrall level.
  • Deformity (Wings) (Ex): The Thrall gains evil-looking wings (bat-like, skeletal, or shadow-like), which prevent wearing normal armor. (Customized armor may be crafted, but it costs +50% above base.) He gains a fly speed equal to his racial base movement speed (maneuverability poor).
  • Undeathmaster (Ex): The Thrall may control double the normal amount of undead. Furthermore, he need no longer pay any but 10% of the normal cost in material components for the spells Animate Dead, Create Undead, and Create Greater Undead.

I'm sorry, but he's the evil god IMC :D

Not so much into the undead, as being the one who created the Orcs (from a shipwrecked race of humans who prayed to the wrong guy for help ...)

I can agree he's a Demon Prince AND a god. ;)

Otherwise I like the 3.5 conversion pretty well. I might have made it a tad stronger but overall its far better than 3.0 Thrall of Orcus.

So, everything's balanced so far? People are happy with the changes to the D.Mephis?

Gimmie feedback! I draw breath by your praise alone! Well, and Inuyasha.

So far it's all good Nifft. I don't have any complaints.
Inuyasha rules and chapter 350 of the manga is pretty sweet.

Alignment: Any Evil
Skill Ranks: Disguise 5+, Climb 5+, Move Silently 5+, Hide 5+
BAB: 4+
Feats: Demonic Thrall, Willing Deformity, Endurance
Spellcasting: Ability to cast Divine spells

Benefits:
HD: d10
BAB: 3/4 (as Cleric)
Good Save: Fort
Skill Points: 4 + Int bonus
Class Skills: Concentration (Con), Craft (Int), Hide (Dex), Intimidate (Cha), Knowlege (any) (Int), Move Silently (Dex), and Spellcraft (Int).

Code:
[u]
Lev BAB Fo/Re/Wi Spellcasting	Special Abilities[/u]
1 +0 +2/+0/+0 -- Acid Resistance 5, Touch of Ooze 1/day, Cha -1
2 +1 +3/+0/+0 +1 Level	[i]Alter Self[/i] 3/day, Blindsense 5 ft.
3 +2 +3/+1/+1 -- Corrosive Strike, Touch of Ooze 3/day
4 +3 +4/+1/+1 +1 Level	Acid Resistance 10, Blindsense 10 ft., Cha -2
5 +3 +4/+1/+1 -- Lesser Oozy Body, Touch of Ooze 5/day
6 +4 +5/+2/+2 +1 Level	Blindsense 20 ft.
7 +5 +5/+2/+2 -- Acid Resistance 15, [i]Alter Self[/i] at will, Cha -3
8 +6 +6/+2/+2 +1 Level	Lesser Oozy Mind, Corrosive Burst, Blindsense 30 ft.
9 +6 +6/+3/+3 -- Touch of Ooze at will
10 +7 +7/+3/+3 +1 Level	Acid Immunity, Greater Oozy Body, Blindsight 30 ft., Cha -4

Special Abilities:
  • Acid Resistance (Ex): Becoming innured to the touch of oozes, the Thrall resists acid damage up to the indicated value.
  • Charisma Reduction: The Thrall takes a permanent Deformity penalty to Charisma. These penalties overlap (do not stack).
  • Touch of Ooze: The Thrall may make touch attacks that emulate the powers of minor oozes. The Thrall declares that she is making a Touch of Ooze attack before rolling to hit, but the the Touch of Ooze is not used up if the Thrall misses.
    - Gelatinous Cube: Target must make a Fort save (DC 10 + Thrall level + Con bonus) or be paralyzed for 3d6 rounds.
    - Black Pudding: Emulates the effects of a Rusting Grasp spell, caster level = 10 + Thrall levels.
    - Green Slime: Target takes 1d4 Con damage (no save).
    - Grey Ooze: Target takes 3d6 acid damage.
    - Yellow Fungus: Target takes 3d6 cold subdual damage.
    - Oily Residue: Emulates the effects of a Grease spell, with a range of touch and caster level = 10 + Thrall levels.
  • Alter Self (Sp): The Thralls face becomes as fluid as her master's. Caster level = 10 + Thrall level.
  • Blindsense (Ex): Using new oozy nonvisual senses, the Thrall notices things it cannot see. The Thrall usually does not need to make Spot or Listen checks to pinpoint the location of a creature within range of its blindsense ability, provided that it has line of effect to that creature. Any opponent the Thrall cannot see still has total concealment against the creature with blindsense, and the Thrall still has the normal miss chance when attacking foes that have concealment. Visibility still affects the movement of the Thrall. The Thrall is still denied its Dexterity bonus to Armor Class against attacks from creatures it cannot see.
  • Corrosive Strike (Ex): A thin film of ooze coats the Thrall and her arms. When striking with a melee weapon, touch attack, natural weapon or unarmed attack, the Thrall inflicts an additional +1d6 Acid damage. She may suppress this damage at will. At 8th level, she inflicts extra acid damage on a critical hit (+1d10 times her attack's critical multiplier).
  • Lesser Oozy Body (Ex): The Thrall gains +4 to saves vs. poison, sleep, polymorph, paralysis and stunning. Furthermore, she gains the effects of the Light Fortification armor special ability (25% chance to negate critical hits).
  • Lesser Oozy Mind (Ex): The Thrall's mental processes grow inscrutably ooze-like, and she gains a +4 bonus to saves against mind-affecting effects.
  • Acid Immunity (Ex): The Thrall has grown immune to the effects of acid.
  • Greater Oozy Body (Ex): The Thrall's body finally submits to the corrosive might of her master. Her type changes to Ooze, and she becomes immune to flanking, poison, critical hits and stunning. Polymorph effects still affect her, but she may resume her natural form as a standard action.
  • Blindsight (Ex): As part of her oozy apotheosis, the Thrall gains blindsight. Using nonvisual senses, including sensitivity to vibrations, keen smell, and acute hearing, the Thrall can maneuver and fights as well as a sighted creature. Invisibility, darkness, and most kinds of concealment are irrelevant, though the Thrall must have line of effect to a creature or object to discern that creature or object. The Thrall usually does not need to make Spot or Listen checks to notice creatures within range of its blindsight ability.

This is a combination of the BoVD's Thrall of Juiblex, MotW's Oozemaster, and my own super-genius. Don't get the BoVD just for the PrCs, but do get it for things like Vile damage and Liquid Pain. :)
