I got in late to the published adventures for 2ed, but one of the others I thought was an interesting concept but not on your list was RL- The Nightmare Lands. Mebbe it was just me....

I liked the Return of the Eight (first Greyhawk adventure after a very long hiatus, and well tied into earlier elements of the campaign) and Star Cairns (brand new Greyhawk material, with interesting new concepts like ley lines).

And once again, much like the case of ToH in the 1e poll, despite the hate RttToH gets here, it seems to have its share of supporters.

(But unlike the ToH, I am one of the RttToH supporters.)

Dead Gods was very cool -- especially the beginning (a mind flayer proxy screams and drops dead in front of you) and the 'first' end (a journey to the abandoned layer of Arvandor). The idea of the visages was also creepy.
