You're creating a generic human warblade with the standard array (15, 14, 13, 12, 10, 8).

In the previous thread, 24 out of 33 votes assigned the 15 to Strength.

Where do you now put the 14 and why?

The voting for this will be a lot more even, I think, so I'll leave the poll open a little longer than the last time.

Consititution: For the cnoncentration check.

Really, maxing out that check is a great idea, given all of the maneuvers that use the check.

Since I would have put the 15 into constitution the 14 would most likely be going into either strength, deterity, or intelligence depending on which build I was going for.

If I had actually chosen strength for the 15 though I think that the 14 would most likely be going into intelligence though in order to work on that kind of build. High strength, high intelligence, and a lot of fun!

It's a close call between Dex, Int and Con, but between the warblade's specials that work off Int, Combat Expertise, and the fact that you don't get skill points retroactively for raising Int later, I vote Int.

The array gives a 13, so that's what should go into Int. Moreover, WBs get lots of skill points, so the only thing a higher Int gives are the class abilities: Battle Clarity (+ Int to Ref saves), Battle Ardor (+ Int to Crit confirms), and Battle Cunning (+ Int to damage against flat-footed or flanked opponents).

Those are cool....but they aren't all that. Each is quite limited, and nothing a +2 Int item can't fix.

Con is more important, especially at lower levels.

I'm with Jasin, con is retroactive, int is not. The obvious choice is int, if you're planning on raising the 13 to a 14 with a stat increase regardless. Sure, you're stuck with a +1 con bonus until at least 4th level, but you already have d12 instead of d10, so it's kind of a wash.
