Agreed. I had looked into self-publishing but it seemed the effort would outstrip any gain, and I had approached some publishers who weren't interested in publishing it.

Have you tried Blue Devil Games. In their Aevolutions line the publish Arcana Evolved material. Or Fiery Dragon Games, they also have an Arcana Evolved line.

Maybe rework the feats that you think are unbalance and approach these publishers.

On a First glance the Feats look very creative and inspired. It will take a complete readthrough to determine if some of them are unbalanced, so I can not comment on that aspect yet.
