43) The right of observation. When an elf reaches 111 years of age they must find a place to observe and observe it for a year. They will stand still in a single spot observing that place without blinking for a year. A special form of 'create food and water' and 'shield' are used to keep them hydrated, fed and their eyes clear. For a year they do not speak, barely move, and constantly observe.
