Can dimensional anchor or dimensional lock prevents from returning to its home plane, a called creature with any Conjuration (Calling) spell, like Planar Ally?
Correct. Though since the Planar Ally spells are negotiated before the action is undertaken, this is not that terribly game breaking and is likely to be DEAL-breaking. A MUCH more useful technique is to use Dimensional Lock / Dimensional Anchor to protect the creaure from being Banished / Dismisal'ed

About Conjuration (Calling) spell in general, what it means "the spell grants the creature the one-time ability to return to its plane of origin" description?
It lets them cross the planes without having an ability listed in their Supernatural Abilities / Spell Like Abilities. Whether it works once or can be tried only once is up to the GM.

What exactly happens when a Summon _______ X spell expires? And can you planar lock that?
Dimensional Anchor and Dimensional Lock explicitly state how they interact with summon monster Spells.

Also, the spell does not prevent summoned creatures from disappearing at the end of a summoning spell.

This does change ONE thing about summoned monsters, if they get Anchored or locked, their corpses stick around for the full duration of the spell.

When the spell ends or is dispelled, a summoned creature is instantly sent back to where it came from, but a summoned object is not sent back unless the spell description specifically indicates this.

This following part is blocked by Dim Anchor / Lock

A summoned creature also goes away if it is killed or if its hit points drop to 0 or lower.
