3.0 AoO Diagrams & Angramainyu's 3.0 Reference Sheet?

Does anyone remember a set of .pdf documents that diagrammed the various 3.0 Attack of Opportunity scenarios? It seems to me that they were once available from this site to download, but, if so, they are no longer. Perhaps I was mistaken.

Also, Angramainyu used to have a 3.0 reference sheet that provided a lot of useful combat info in a very succint way. I also don't see that in the ENWorld download section.

Does anyone know where I can locate these documents? Thanks.
