Are you still looking for a "Fighting-Man"? I made a Wood Elf Monk for the game if you are. Still need his real name, and buying some more gear, but mostly done. I am in the Eastern time zone.

Hopefully with all the casters, he can bum some castings of Mage Armor and either Magic weapon or Magic Fang. I'd even buy the Conjuror a wand of Mage Armor to use on me.

I assumed by only allowing PH 1 and 2, you also meant DMG and MM. Wood Elf is an Elf subrace from MM. It's really the only core Elf anywhere close to decent at warrior classes. If it's not allowed, back ot the drawing board. I liked the idea of unarmed strike + longbow.
