D&D 3E/3.5 3ed DC to 5ed DC

Is there a chart or formula that shows the differences in DCs from 3ed to 5ed D&D? I would be shocked if something like this didn't exist, but I don't think I have seen it. I have tons of old 3ed books and I want to press some of them back into service.

SKills are pretty similar- Just subtract 5 or so. The old 10 is the new 5. The old 20 is the new 15.

Saving throws are totally different, they are more or less 8 (or 10) + prof. bonus + stat mod

You want to convert D&D3 DCs to D&D5? Easy, just subtract 50. *rimshot*

Seriously, this will work up until a point, but with a maximum skill rank bonus of +23 at 20th level in D&D3 and a maximum proficiency bonus of +6 at 20th level in D&D5 it is going to break down at high levels. Above 10th level, you could try subtracting 10 from the D&D3 DC, dividing the difference by 4, and then adding 10 again to get the D&D5 DC.
