Wasn't Fiend Folio 'almost' fully 3.5 compatible. It was released just before 3.5, but was edited to be very easily convertible. I forget the specifics...

Indeed it was, but it still got an update in the 3.5 Update booklet, so I think it counts as technically a 3.0 book.

Any reason you are including all the Greyhawk stuff here? Expedition to Greyhawk Ruins, Return to the Temple of Elemental Evil, Greyhawk Gazetteer, Living Greyhawk Gazetteer, etc.

Those four products didn't have specific Greyhawk branding, because that was the default setting for 3.x. Since those books were marketed as part of the generic 3.x line, it seemed appropriate to include them in this guide (as well as in the Greyhawk one).
