The cobblestone floor contains two trapdoors blocked open by iron spikes. One is near the west door and one in the entrance from the hall with the six cells.

The north wall holds a dry fountain carved with an overarching diving dragon. A faint rotten stench pervades the room.

Serpica: There is an inscription in Draconic on the base of the fountain and tracks going all around including to and from the west door.

When the Drow signals that the room is clear, Kuhl walks with Meepo into the chamber, and asks if the kobold can read the inscription. As he does so, he checks out the room.

With a conscious effort, Ara tears himself away from an examination of the statuary on the fountain to try and track down the source of the stench in the room.

Ara: The stench, kind of an animal musk kind of stench is strongest near the left door.

Serpica: The party of humanoids that there have been signs of, they seemed to be four sets of feet moving to the west door, and three returning.

There do not appear to be any traps, except...
Kuhl notices suspicious metallic tubes in the mouth of the carved dragon on the fountain, as well as a small, rusted iron canister.

Your best guess is it is some type of trap although it may be magical in nature as you can't see the trigger.

Serpica is able to disarm the trap. Meepo reads aloud the message, "Let there be death," and a click is heard from the dragon carving.
