The Spirits of the Past 16 - These aren't really gods.

Maybe not in the traditional D&D sense. But to be fair, the veneration of the dead ("ancestor worship") is a thing in several real-life cultures and mythologies all over the world.

More specifically, it's in the Eberron sense.

There's no "wrong way" to justify a downvote; this is as good a reason as any. I just wanted to pipe up about it because not very many D&D settings have a theology based on the veneration of the dead, and I always thought that was weird....especially for a world where returning from, communing with, and reanimating the dead are commonplace, and spirits freely roam.
