To an extent, 4e is designed to be unclonable.

They certainly haven't made it easy, but that hasn't stopped me from cloning a good chunk of 4e material. And add more material every day!

In my opinion the worst thing about 4e is the whole system of at-will, encounter, and daily powers.

I'd dump feats and then I'd dump classes. No more class abilities. Pick your power source and select powers from that. The power lists would be long I'm not sure I would trim that down much. Races would be trimmed to HEDG all others would be in monster books, magazines or e-zines. Then I might resurrect save or die.
