Highiest rank that can be reached-Listener (can only be reached if the current rank is filled or if the person steps down)

Deity-Mask other known as Sithis/Dread Father in the guild,Shar other known as the night mother in the guild

Rules A.k.a the five tenets
1. Never Dishonor the Night Mother. To do so is to invoke the wrath of Sithis
2. Never betray The Dark Brotherhood or its secrets. To do so is to invoke the wrath of Sithis
3. Never Disobey or refuse to carry out an order from a Dark Brotherhood superior. To do so is to invoke the wrath of Sithis
4. Never steal the posession of a Dark Brother or Dark Sister. To do so is to invoke the wrath of Sithis
5. Never kill a Dark Brother or Dark Sister. To do so is to invoke the wrath of Sithis

The Rank Jobs

The Dark Brotherhood ranks and Jobs

Apprentice- They are the new members of the guild and all they do is run errands and they do small contracts

Journeyman- They are the watchers of the Dark Brotherhood they are the members that walk in the open they watch the people of the cities to see if they commit an murders or not and if they do they tell their speaker and they also do small contracts

Operator- this is a special rank given to a member that are not able to do any more contracts they are the leaders of the sanctuaries they are the ones that give out the contracts to the members of the Dark Brotherhood they are considered the third highest rank in the guild

Punisher- This is another special rank given to members of the guild that don’t prefer stealth their job is to carry out the punishments “The Wrath of Sithis” in other words. When they are punishing they are trying to kill their target(The target being an ex-member of the guild the broke one of the five tenants) however they are not allowed to punish anyone unless they have permission from their Speaker

Murderer- This is the lowest rank of assassins in the guild they do the medium contracts of the Dark Brotherhood
Slayer-This another rank that does medium contracts for the Dark Brotherhood and this is a superior rank to the rank Murder

Eliminator-This is one of the three highest ranks of the Dark Brotherhood that are not the Black Hand this rank carries out the hardest contracts in the Dark Brotherhood and this is a superior rank to Slayer and Murder

Executioner-same as Eliminator except for one minor difference this is a superior rank to Eliminator, Slayer and Murder

Assassin- Same as Executioner except for one minor deference this the highest rank achievable in the Dark Brotherhood that is not a member of the Black Hand

(ANYONE THAT REACHES A RANK BEYOND THE RANK ASSASSIN THE FIVE TENANTS DON’T APPLY TO THEM)

Silencer-(SPECIAL RANK ONLY GIVEN OUT BY A SPEAKER) as you see there are only four Silencers this is because there are only four Speakers silencers are the personal assassin’s of the speaker and a speaker can only have one silencer at a time(WHEN A SPEAKER DIES OR BECOMES THE NEW LISTENER HIS/HER SILENCER BECOMES A SPEAKER)

(THE BLACK HAND-THIS IS THE RULING BODY OF THE DARK BROTHERHOOD AND THERE CAN ONLY BE FIVE MEMBERS OF THE BLACK HAND AT ONCE (ONE LISTENER AND FOUR SPEAKERS))

Speaker- the Speakers I would say do most of the work they are the overall leaders of the sanctuaries they gather new members into the Dark Brotherhood and they give all of the contracts to the Operators and they give permission to Punishers to punish if ever a tenant is broken and last when the Listener gives them information about the contract they are to search for the client to work out all of the payment details and the speakers also carry out contracts at the whim of the Listener(IF THE LISTENER IS TO DIE OR STEP DOWN ONLY A SPEAKER CAN BECOME THE NEW LISTENER OF THE DARK BROTHERHOOD)

Listener- the Listener is the overall leader of the entire Guild his only superior is the Night Mother. The Listener’s job is to once a week travel to the Night Mother’s plain and there he/she will gain all of the contracts from the Night Mother. Then the Listener is to take the contracts to his Speakers(the Listener get paid 10% of the earnings from every contract)

LAST WE ARE A FAMILY AND WE SHOULD ACT LIKE A FAMILY FOR WE ARE BROTHERS AND SISTERS WE ARE THE CHILDREN OF THE NIGHT MOTHER AND THE DREAD FATHER
