1) If bandit 1 moves within 20' of Kurgahz on his action, then Kurgahz atacks him...
"Blood for Taurusk!"attack and damage(1d20+2=18, 1d10+3=8)

2) If bandit 1 hasn't moved within 20' on his action, then Kurgahz will move forward 20' and ready an action to attack the next bandit that comes within melee range...

Kurgahz moves out past Conuld and lifts his greatclub over his shoulder in preparation to swing at the next bandit stupid enough to come into his range. "Come forward, bandits! My god wants your blood!" he shouts tauntingly at the 3 bandits he can see on his side of the bridge.Possible attack and damage for readied action (1d20+2=18, 1d10+3=8)

P.S. I used the same set of rolls above for atk/dmg whichever way it goes...

Shadya moves towards Kurgahz and Conuld while drawing both her weapons.

Conuld's buttered finger produces a thin spray of greasy substance that coats the ground in front of the bandits. The one holding the whip slides around in place a bit before falling on his rear. The other two maintain their footing.

The man holding the bag (B1) takes a careful step forward as he reaches into his gray bag and pulls out a ball of fuzz. It quickly becomes soaked in the rain, and the man throws the sodden lump at Kurgahz. En route, it transforms into a bat! The bat flutters harmlessly around Kurgahz's face while the man spits and curses in some foreign tongue.

The man that Cludge felled (B8) twitches. He's not dead just yet.

Lasair wants to use Spray of Crystals, but she can't quite get in range. She moves forward and left, using Cludge as a shield for now.

Kurgahz moves forward 20' and lifts his greatclub, daring the bandits to approach.

The man that slipped in Conuld's grease (B2) gets up. He tries to delicately to slip and slide towards Kurgahz but just ends up falling again.

The rogue with the whip (B3) near Cludge lashes out at the brash dwarf's large sword with his long weapon. The length of wiry cord wraps around Cludge's greatsword and rips it from his hands. The dwarf is now unarmed, his greatsword on the ground in front of him. The bandit laughs and retracts his whip.

The man's companion (B4) takes advantage of Cludge's moment of weakness by jabbing with his shortsword. The thrust glances off the dwarf's armor.

Back at Kurgahz's end, the third bandit moves out of Conuld's slippery spell effect towards Kurgahz, hoping to flank the half-orc. But Kurgahz's greatclub comes crashing down on the rogue's head, knocking the man to the ground with a sickening thud. The man's allies look at their fallen companion with horror.

Through the downpouring rain come another two arrows. One flies erratically past Kurgahz into the water. The other, over on Cludge's side, drives itself straight into the dwarf's shoulder even as he attempts to dodge the bandit's thrust. (5 damage)

[sblock=Kurgahz, Cludge, and Lasair: ]Now that you're closer to the men, you can see intricately twisting, blue and black tattoos crawling up their necks and creeping out onto their faces.[/sblock]
[sblock=Rules: ]Whoops on Cludge's speed! I was in Razh mode; he has 30' of movement because he's a barbarian. Oh well.[/sblock]

OOC: I should be in the space between the horses where Conuld was, since I can take 2 move actions... I just can't draw while moving durring one of them.

Shadya moves beside Kurgahz (2 move actions), scimitar at the ready, dagger behind her slightly.

OOC: My bad. I should've known that Shadya had TWF.

Shadya moves beside Kurgahz.

Conuld...

Conuld, transmuter 2 (AC 16, HP 11/11)

Conuld, keeping half an eye on the battle at the other end of the bridge, swears violently. "Oth vur gix! Cludge is in trouble! We had better deal with these ones quickly." He moves forward, slipping past Shadya to stand astride the downed bandit. One hand flashes to his component pouch and he tries to cast directly towards the dagger wielder. "Charir, ulhar, yrev!"
[sblock=OOC] Attempting to cast Color Spray (DC 15) to hit both B1 and B2 - not casting defensively, so provoking AoO (AC 16, HP 11, Concentration +7 if he is hit)[/sblock]

OOC: I may be out of contact until later tonight so here's Cludge's actions up front.

With snarl of pain, Cludge bends to retrieve his greatsword (provokes AOO). He'll then take a swing at the bandit next to him, missing badly Cludge attack roll vs. bandit, full power attack (1d20+5=10).
Connie, he roars, can ye see the bowmen? We need ta take 'em down!
He then takes a five-foot step forward, over the prone bandit.

Conuld's motions distract him for a moment from the man he's trying to ensorcel. The man carrying the bag and the dagger takes advantage of the opportunity by stabbing at Conuld. The dagger meets an invisible field of resistance, but the man, not surprised now that he knows Conuld is a wizard, pushes hard. The dagger pricks Conuld's gut. (2 damage) Conuld involuntarily yelps in pain, garbling his last word and ruining his spell.

The bandit (B1), grinning now that the battle is going more his way, drops the bag and pulls out another dagger. He says something, and the bat that was flitting about Kurgahz's face flies over to Conuld. While the bat's wings beat in Conuld's eyes, the bag-bandit lashes out at Conuld again. This time, Conuld's mage armor forces the dagger harmlessly away.

Lasair steps out from behind Cludge and unleashes a flurry of crystal shards from her outstretched hand. Cludge leans back as the sharp things whip past his nose. The standing bandits are showered with razor cuts, and both fall. The man on the ground dies quickly. A shrill, feminine scream emits from the woods. (No material display, 11 damage)

Cludge leans over to pick up his greatsword, no longer at risk of provoking any attacks from his now fallen foes. He runs through the rain towards the archer. (the archer or Kurgahz?)

Initiative:
Shadya
Conuld (9 HP, +4 AC until 11:45:00 AM)
Bandit 8 (27 damage, dead, stable)
Bandit 1 (dagger and bag, close to Kurgahz)
Bat (In Conuld's face)
Lasair (+15 temporary HP, until 9:49:00 AM)
Kurgahz (readied action against B7, so he moves in the initiative order)
Cludge (18 HP)
Bandit 3 (whip, 11 damage, down)
Bandit 4 (shortsword, 11 damage, down)
Kurgahz «
Bandit 7 (8 damage, down)
Bandit 2 (whip, close to Kurgahz, prone)
Bandit 5 (bow, out of sight, Cludge's side)
Bandit 6 (bow, out of sight, Kurgahz's side)

Kurgahz...

[sblock=OOC: ]The archers are in the woods somewhere, you can't see them but you can make a very reasonable guess based on the trajectory of the arrows.

Conuld's square is gettin' crowded! Thats' a fallen B7, Conuld, and the bat.

Also, in the initiative/status block, "down" could mean "dead", you're just not sure. "dead" means definitely dead.[/sblock]

[sblock=OOC: ]Well, if he'd gotten a 4 or lower, he'd have lost the spell. So that's a 20% chance, right? :D

EDIT: Unless you're factoring in the chance that he hit at all, and the amount of damage he could possibly do on a successful attack, which is frankly far too much math than I care to do right now. =P[/sblock]

Cludge winces as the crystal shards whine past his face. Scooping up the sword (move action) he heads toward the hidden archer...(move action).
Good work, lass! he cries over his shoulder at Lasair as he steps over the fallen bandits.
