favored classes work differently in Pathfinder.
In 3, 3.5 they didn't count for multiclass xp penalties for having classes at different levels.

In Pathfinder there aren't multiclass xp penalties, instead when you level a favored class you get an additional benefit (normally either 1hp or 1 skill point, the advanced player guide gives more) and the player chooses his favoured class rather than it being set by race.

So then the question is, do they have any special favored class bonuses. For example, an additional use of a domain power for a Cleric Aasimar

What about other races in the beastiary? The Inferti, Tengu, Sylph, Merfolk and the rest of them or do they all have to take the +1hp or +1sp

They don't have special favored class options, you'd have to take the +1 hp or +1 skill point. Lack of versatility is one of the unfortunate trade-offs of trying to play a monster race.

DM could always houserule unique favored class options to apply to other races. Especially ever since APG made Humans just head and shoulders above the rest for any spontaneous caster build (especially the sorcerer, just given how many awesome spells they have to pick vs. number known), I've been kind of annoyed with race-based alternate favored class bonuses.

Alternative favored class bonuses not being listed doesn't mean that you can't work with your DM to make one.

For example, most discrete bonuses to the times an ability can be used are 1/2 per time you choose that bonus, so a 1/2 use bonus to a domain ability would work for an Aasimar Cleric or Inquisitor.

Can't tell if you're joking or not. If not, be aware, there WAS a spam message before that post. It was deleted by the moderators.
