My first reaction was "WTF?!" But now I kind of love it. Probably not enough to buy it, but I think it's cool.

Art is supposed to make you feel things. Most of it is forgettable. I've been thinking about this one. In some ways, it takes me back more than looking at the actual book does. It gets more at my old feelings for the PhB as an entirety by distancing me from the words themselves.

There's a lot of modern art that I absolutely love, but not the one in this book.

I'm glad someone decided to make a comprehensible version of the AD&D PHB.

I actually would love to have a set of the 3 core books done like this on my shelf.

It looks like a stage prop. Kind of cool. I wouldn't pay more than $20
