Rinaldo darts forward and stabs the fanged monstrosity, doing a little damage and earning its wrath. While its flailing claws miss, it manages to sink its fangs into the young merchant's shoulder. A sense of numbness spread instantly from the wound, and Rinaldo feels himself fumble a bit with his sword. (7 hp and 2 points of dex damage).
Zoe moves forward and her broadsword bites into the creature's flank, but it remains standing. (fangy is down by 11 points total).
If folks could list spell DCs, attack bonuses etc for me it would help out, btw.

On that, Rinaldo try to have a bracket if possible with a small step (5 feet), and try to feint and hit(Expertise: 2 points, AC:18, +1 to hit, 1d6 dam, 2d6 sneak, +8 Bluff, it include the -2 Dex)

Rinaldo distracts the creature then drives his rapier in under its claws, striking deep but not finishing it off. Pershephone's second spell was apparently more sucessful, for the monstrosity stands stupidly, still trying to split its defenses between Rinaldo and Zoe, but unable to take agressive action of its own. Zoe attacks again, smashing the creature down - it is not quite unconsious, but seems unwilling to fight any longer (ugly is at 0 hp.)
(still initiative, 'seph is up if she want to attack it again, since it can't really speak/beg for its life/prove its not attacking until the daze spell wears off.)

Persephone will move forward with readied crossbow to check on the people. "Are you OK in there? It's safe to come out!" Then to her friends, "Rinaldo, do you have any rope? Maybe we could tie this thing up. Even if we were to kill it, there are all those other monsters out there. Hmmm, I wonder if this thing is part of the circus too..." She looks at it to see if it has the same identifications as the others.

Rinaldo strikes once more and the monstrosity falls. Persephone can see that it is not wearing the silver chain the others were, but it has a similar look of bring "groomed". The cabinet door opens slightly more, and you see a teenaged girl warily holding a broom handle at you. The young boy, who had apparently followed you as far as the doorway, bursts past you all to embrace her. "Oh Sue! Sue you're alive!" then burst into tears of joy and relief when he sees what she was shielding in the cabinet - a tiny bundle which cries out in protest at the boy's overzealous embrace.
Sprawled out near one window is another web covered and bloodied body. Rinaldo continues to feel lightheaded from the monster's poison and Zoe quickly grabs a few rough tools from about the kitchen and cleans his wound, halting the feeling of numbness where it started. (heal check to replace Rinaldo's second fort save, successful.)
The girl looks about in shock and confusion at the strange people in her home while she absently strokes the exahsted boy's head and occasionally asks him to let 'baby bro' breath. Looking at the monster she says numbly "The amazing man spider, see his fantastic webs.... Pa Hayes thought Anthony would be old enough to see it this year... Dear Hyrag ha' mercy...."
