Ashir again tries to blast the enemy off the wall, but again fails.

He steps back to get at least a half-second of breathing room and establishes a connection with the collapsed divinity essence to beseech its aid to help his fallen ally.

ooc: who has the healing potions from the last adventure?

Max smiles as he sees an opprotunity to take down the hunter. Flanking his foe, he thrusts his sword forward into the hunter's back side. The attack hits for a minor wound and provokes the hunter to strike max, which he does, also for a minor wound. However, in attacking max, the hunter left himself in a unguarded position. "Now Raiko!" Max yells. The paladin answer by bringing his katana down hard, decapitating the hunter. "Now that's how it's done!...that's how it's done!" Max is obviously caught up in the moment, with eyes beaming, scanning the area for his next target.

Haruka shakily gets back up to her feat. "You helped me Ashir, let me see what I can do for you," she calls. As she speaks she clasps her hands together and raises them over her head, thin tendrils of black smoke wafting from between her fingers. She then thrusts her arms out in front of her, and a blazing coal shoots out from her hands and buries itself in her target's chest. A second later a wave of dark red flames expands out from him before quickly dissipating into the air. The man is badly burned, but still standing.
