Vex stepped forward a few paces and threw her sword at the flying dragon again.
Despite the high probability of death, Acre shows no fear as he takes another reckless swing at Ladoran, this time connecting solidly.
Malehan switch weapon and shoot an arrow.
The Lady switches tactics. A ray of icy cold hits Ladoran in the chest. It doesn't do much damage, but it does trap his wings and he plummets to the ground.
"You are dead foul beast. By the time you free yourself from my ice, these warriors will finish you off." the woman says, relief and satisfaction in her voice.
Although dropped prone from the ice, Ladoran quickly rights himself. Seeing the situation turn against him, Ladoran panics and spits two smaller bursts of Lightning at Acre and Vex.
"No, I cannot die. You two will die instead!". The lightning fries Acre enough to knock him unconscious, but Vex is still hanging on, the burns searing through her armor. Ladoran shakes off the ice holding him down.

It's the PC's turn.
The two walls to either side of the entrance way go up 15 feet, so someone could climb either the wall or the portcullis and still get out.
The "stairs up" in the corners, at the statue in the middle, and at the far end are difficult terrain. Everything else is normal terrain. The pillar squares holding up the ceiling are a squeeze, but creatures can diagonally move past them with no difficulty.
Note: there is a set of double doors at the south central part of the map which might be not easy to notice right away.
