Rise of the Gamerati
I know a lot of people give this book and its precursors a lot of criticism, but these are the only series (and now one book) that has dared to try to cover this material.
I think it is pretty good. The only thing I don't like is the Aerial combat. I dare say that Fast Forward Entertainment's "Cloud Warriors" is the final word in that respect, only because it was written by Skip Williams. (I dispise all other Fast Forward Entertainment books.)
The Sky Captain's Handbook is perfect if you want to do something weird with your campaign without investing in an entire campaign collection.
