Everyone gets wiped out at level 6 - 8 and we have to start the campaign over. It has happened 2 times and almost happened a third time last game session. Everyone was level 6-7 and a bunch of folks failed their WILL and FORT saves vs. two sea hags and their death gaze.

But if I had to extrapolate, it would probably be a little over a game year that the party would typically reach 10+ (if they only stopped dying).

We use training time and 1/2 xp, so I chose 2-3 years in game and probably closer to 2 years to level 10. 10-20 however takes about 3 times as long.

For me it seems to be about 6-12 months unless I deliberatly put in significant amounts of downtime (and I do). Usually between each module I choose a number of seasons that pass if the players aren't itching to put paid to some villian.
