That looks fun.

Are there multiversal quantumversals?

Hard to say and would have to check back on the other Ant-Man movies, as it seemed to imply that he was protected from the Snap while he was in the Quantum Realm, so the Quantum Realm may be unique.

The next question is whether the Kang they meet there is a good, neutral, or evil version. We have three more years of build-up to the finale movies dealing with Kang, so good chance we are not going to see the worst of the lot this soon, or at least not more than in passing.

He could just as easily have been protected by sheer 50/50 chance. The main thing being quantum'd protected him from was the passage of time, though it will be interesting to find out whether the other denizens of the quantum realm were affected by the Snap.

Since time travel is accomplished via the quantum realm, and it's time travel that generates branching timelines, it wouldn't be too much of a stretch for the quantum realm to exist across multiple timelines or universes. Heck, the entire TVA could be down there somewhere.

According to Agents of SHIELD a quantum tunnel allows you to go into the space between timelines.

Hank Pym claimed that the Quantum Realm was a “reality where all concepts of time and space become irrelevant as you shrink for all eternity."

so the realm is possibly between timelines and in Antmans case the effects of the snap were irrelevant as he was shrinking beyond time and space.

in comics the Microverse was its own multiverse of atomised dimensions

Having it be cross-multiverse would be one explanation for the variety of beings we see in the trailer, assuming they're not native to the quantum realm - they're basically visitors from a variety of different realities. Then again, since the quantum realm also doesn't seem to have a fixed location in space, they could just as easily be aliens. Quite possibly both.
