I was exploring http://musicmp3.ru/ just a bit ago and wandered over to the forums where there's a thread of people complaining since mid november about not being able to download music they've bought for quite some time. People also aluded to some kind of crash before then.
I'm leery of them because I can't find any information about whether there's proprietary software that I have to have to play the music or limits on whether I can make a CD.. I hate places that don't make that kind of information available or easy to find.
I also don't like it where the "contact" and "help" are all in fillable forms - I'd much prefer to be provided with an email address to contact, so i can feel like I know whether I'm actually sending something to a mailbox or not.
I've never used any of the pay-to-download music sites, though, so I can't be any further help.
