Anyone have a LE city entry contract?

My party may or may not be entering a LE city soon with an emphasis on the lawful part.

My idea (not original) is that the party members will have to sign a contact upon entering. Basically stating that they will not steal, lie, cheat, etc, and that there are a number of rules they must abide by at all times, and the penalties for not obeying those rules.

I was wondering if anyone had already done something like that or had seen something like that, and if I could use that document for a foundation for my document?
