Anyone know about telecoms or internet architecture?

I am working on the hacking rules for my system and I have a generalized table I need feedback on. Some of this has to do with higher tech levels but of the things that would be in this tech level does this look correct or does something need to be moved up or down?

might need some context here. what is this representing?

security has a lot of different facets. Hackability isn't just a matter saying "I hack it".

hacking a chip or circuit requires electronics knowledge

hacking an OS/computer interface requires software/programming knowledge

social engineering requires human interaction, not tech

A good chunk of tech hacking requires documentation being available or time to experiment on a spare unit that probes and tests can be hooked up to to see how the chip/circuit behaves

hacking a login prompt might be brute force scripting, which takes time in order to avoid a lockout (we're talking weeks+) Or it might mean social engineering the human who has access to get close and see their password and get a retina print if there's two factor authentication required.
