Send your party to fight an evil Master Illusionist in his castle.
Watch as they overanalyze every object in every room, trying to find out which are illusions. (none)
Send them up against the Great Illusionist, who appears to be a brutal fighter in black plate mail, armed with a greatsword. When the party tries to dispel his illusion magic, hack them to pieces with the sword and other mundane attacks.
The great illusion was, that the BBEG wasn't an illusionist at all!
