Are there rules for Alcohol?

I've been looking for rules for the effects of alcohol but haven't been able to find them. If you know what book(s) they can be found in or have your own I'd appreciate help.

For a brief overview of the alcohol rules from the Arms & Equipment Guide:

Most alcohols have a base DC between 10 and 12, some of the more potent alcohols have bit higher DCs.

The first drink a character consumes in an hour requires no save.

The second drink in an hour requires a fortitude save.
Each additional drink in that same hour imposes a culmative penalty, -1 for the 3rd drink, -2 for the 4th, -4 for the 5th ect.

Every time a character fails a save they take 1d2 points of wisdom and dexterity damage. If Dexterity is reduced to 0 the character is concious but unable to move.

If Wisdom is reduced to 0 the character passes out. If BOTH dexterity and wisdom are reduced to zero the character may succomb to alcohol poisoning (sorry don't have my book with me and can't remember the specifics on that).

Cheers
