armor + archane spell failure

I"m sure this question has been asked before, but there are so many posts it would take months to find it, if anyone happens to know it off the top of there head....now for the question.

I'm looking for armor specaila bility that would reduce the archane magic failure percentage. I plan to use mithral as the metal ( anyone know one with a better archane magic failure percentage reduction? ( it's 10% btw ))

nimblness only does dex, and armor check penalty, but it hought i once saw one called flexability? well any help would be greatful.

Book of Eldritch Might 1 and Arms and Armor both have an enhancement that does this. I don't recall the specifics, I'm going of off memory here.
