Heck, I had problems with it earlier today, but fixed it a while ago. It should be Redirecting you to Patreon momentarily (both the 'http' instead of 'https' and the dubs in front are important. If that doesn't work either, let me know!

Ack! Apparently the site is too damned smart: http (colon) // www (dot) ashenfrontiers (dot) com / patreon is the intended target.

Absolutely! This is me commissioning what art I can, before things get rolling and making due in Affinity Publisher for layout and building the website by hand with twenty-year-old self-taught HTML skills. I've got resources to draw on for all avenues if things go well. If the project goes very well, then I'm known for several major projects in the field as part of a team (search Jacob Rodgers on DriveThru and take a look at the previews) so who knows what the future may hold?

I am not much of a DS fan myself so I will probably pass. However, if you want to capture Dark Sun fans, you might want to put something in the title or OP. I realize you can’t on your Patreon, but I would think adding “Darksun reimagined” or something similar to this thread would be allowed and clue people into what your offering.

Great advice, I've amended the title so as to try and catch fans. Thanks!

This month's articles are up on Patreon now!

Backgrounds 1 provides four of the twelve backstories that you might choose for a hero of the broken world. Each provides some benefits like skills, and a specific feature. But most important are the Qualities.

See, I think Inspiration in 2014 5e is deeply flawed. Bonds, Ideals, etc. are way too vague and rely on GM fiat. A quality is one thing your character can do intentionally (usually as part of a Rest, but sometimes as an Action {usually in combat or other dangerous environment}) and then receive Inspiration and possibly a feature-related benefit.

Ancestries 1 has two of the four options for your hero's origins: the diminutive fey-derived Bogies and the desert-striding insectile Entomon. Each comes with a full list of Ancestry Feats and other options to allow a player to fully customise their character.

And of course, there's still all the other goodness from our introductory month as well: The Nine Room Dungeon (for any sort of fantasy adventure setting), the fire-breathing beastly Salapyros, our introduction to Ashen Frontiers with the Setting Concordance, and more! All available for as low as $3 (USD) per month.
