It's like creating a scroll because any it can be made with any spell.
It's like brew potion in that any class can use it, no problem.
Plus there's the contingency, except that it can effect anyone, not just the caster.
The only negative in the equation that "i" can see, is the gem price. But in later levels, this isn't that big a problem.
