I don't know, if I understand psionic biocurrent power correctly, so please help me!

1.It isn't necessary, to have primary and secondary target. One is enough and the power works for a long time on it.
2. You need two targets, to use this spell.

Do every turn all targets gain damage (not including saves).

Yes, but if they move out of range, or hit you and break your Concentration, the power ends.

No, and Biocurrent is a power, not a spell.

Every round, they suffer damage.

Do every turn all targets gain damage (not including saves).

My book's not with me, but every turn the targets get a save. We've been playing with re-rolling the save DC each turn, but I'm not sure that is correct. I like it, though. I think it mirrors how maybe the psion's concentration level fluctuates giving the biocurrent more or less strength.
